guest rooms, 32 suites and 41 suite connectors. These include
upgraded accommodation on the Regency Club® and Business Plan® floors
of the hotel, which feature extra privacy and VIP treatment. 740
rooms are non-smoking and 18 rooms offer facilities for the disabled.
Cribs, rollaway beds, baby beds, bed boards, adapters, hypoallergenic
linen and pillowcases, refrigerators and toiletry items are available
for your convenience. All guest rooms were renovated in August
1998.

space on three levels and offers an elegant atmosphere for any size

Conference Theater A is a multi-tier amphitheater, permanently
set in schoolroom style, which seats 55 with additional space for
30 theater-style seats. It was renovated in 1998.

with a ceiling height of 18', and can accommodate up to 1,030 people
in rounds of 10, or up to 1,236 people in rounds of 12 in a banquet
setting, 1,800 in a reception setting, 1,500 theater style and 860
schoolroom style. It was renovated in August 1999.
Regency A measures 97'x 58' (5,626 square feet), with a
ceiling height of 18', and can accommodate up to 450 people in rounds
of 10, or up to 540 people in rounds of 12 in a banquet setting,
800 in a reception setting, 750 theater style and 450 schoolroom
style.
The Regency Foyer measures 65' x 49' (3185 square feet),
with a ceiling height of 8'6", and can accommodate up to 130 people
in rounds of 10, or up to 192 people in rounds of 12 in a banquet
setting, 350 in a reception setting, 200 theater style, 50 schoolroom
style, 30 conference style, 36 hollow square style, 50 U-shape inside
and 27 U-shape outside.

The magnificent Capitol View Club rooftop restaurant and
lounge, located on the 11th floor, features one of the most spectacular
views of our nation's Capitol. From every table in the restaurant
there is a view of the Capitol dome. The Capitol View Club
is a private club for lunch and open to the public for dinner. However,
hotel guests are always welcome. The restaurant offers continental
cuisine in an elegant atmosphere. Reservations recommended.
The Capitol View Club Lounge is located adjacent to the
restaurant and is an ideal setting for sunset cocktails or late-night
cordials and cigars.
The Park Promenade is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner
and offers a creative menu. Networks, the bar in the lobby,
is the perfect spot to have a drink, catch up on news or have a
quick lunch.
